We host an impressive, diverse mix of world-class artists. Past performers include The Unthanks, FARA, Fairport Convention, The East Pointers, Oysterband, Aly Bain & Phil Cunningham, and many more. Through our close partnerships with African Night Fever and Yaram Arts, we are also proud to bring superb African musicians to our local stages.
🍺 The Emsworth Beer, Cider & Wine Festival
Every September, we host this flagship community favourite. In September 2026, we are proudly celebrating its 10th anniversary!
🏛️ Major Community Milestones
- Comic Relief (2015): Helped Emsworth become the world’s first Red Nose Town, raising over £15,000 alongside the Emsworth Business Association.
- D-Day 70th Anniversary (2014): Secured a Heritage Lottery grant for a massive community event featuring outdoor theatre, live music, and themed displays.
- Local History: Marked the demolition of Emsworth’s old gas holder by projecting historic images onto it.
- Collaborations: Helped launch the Up Close and Personal concert series at The Spring Arts Centre in Havant (featuring Nick Harper, Chris Difford, and Charlie Dore).
Our Venues & Partners
We bring amazing performances into welcoming, intimate local spaces. All of our venues are wheelchair accessible, and we run licensed bars at most events to help fund future WemsFest projects.
